Wine Donation Requests

Elizabeth Spencer Winery is proud to support to communities where we live and work by contributing wine donations to local charities and non-profits. In an effort to manage the large number of requests we receive, all requests must be submitted via our web-form. Please review the guidelines and complete the Donation Request Form below. Donation Guidelines

  • Only donations to nonprofit organizations with formal 501(c)3 status will be considered. You will be required to provide a copy of your IRS designation letter if your donation is approved.
  • Donation requests must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the date of your event.
  • We will only consider one donation request from a single organization per calendar year.
  • All wine donations must be picked up at the winery, located at 1165 Rutherford Road, Rutherford, California 94573.
  • Alcohol regulations require that your organization secure a special event or temporary wine sales permit in order to accept wine donation from a winery. Elizabeth Spencer Winery will not fulfill any donation requests until proof of this permit is provided. MORE INFORMATION
  • We review donation requests every 2-4 weeks. Please allow sufficient time for your request to be evaluated and consider the time it may take to secure the required alcohol license for your event.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
