Wine Club Policies

Membership Details & Policy

Prior to each wine club release, we will contact you via email to provide you with the selection of wines included in your release. Billing occurs approximately one week prior to shipments and pickup availability. You may customize your allocation at this time, pricing must be comparable to
the original allocation. Please note that it is your obligation to notify us of any changes to your account, including the shipment address. Wine Club members will automatically be sent the current release upon enrollment. We are unable to place memberships on hold indefinitely.

Pick-Up Policy

Completed Club orders will be available at the winery for up to 60 days from the release date. If you do not pick up your wines within 60 days, we will automatically return your wines to inventory and issue a credit to your account for future purchases. We do not accept substitution requests for wine club selections at the winery. Wines substitutions are welcome prior to billing.

Cancellation Policy

Club members are required to receive at least two wine club shipments when they sign up for the Wine Club. If a member cancels prior to receiving the first two shipments, wine club member savings and benefits used upon sign up will be reversed and charged to your credit card. If you need to stop, please cancel your membership via email. Cancellations must be made in writing via email prior to billing. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, your cancellation request has not been processed.
